Service Description

This restorative session begins with Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation done lying on your back that resets the nervous system and deeply relaxes the body. In this calm, receptive state, gentle Reiki energy is offered to support balance, stress relief, and emotional harmony. An optional hot towel and organic essential oil ritual can be included to enhance relaxation and deepen your sense of grounding and renewal.
